Service and eligibility
4K Converter provides online video and image upscaling and format conversion. You must be legally able to enter a contract and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity under your account.
Your media
You keep ownership of your media. You grant us and our processing providers a limited right to store, transfer, and process it only to provide the requested service. You must own the media or have permission to process it. Do not submit illegal content, malware, content that violates privacy or intellectual-property rights, or material protected by access controls or DRM.
Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Processing costs are shown in credits before a full task starts. Estimated credits may be reserved when a task begins, captured after successful processing, and released after a qualifying failure. Subscription credits are issued monthly and expire 15 days after the applicable cycle ends. One-time credit packs do not expire unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation affects future renewal and does not change the existing expiry of already issued credits. Prices, taxes, currency conversion, limits, and credit costs are shown at checkout or in the product. We do not support partial refunds. Refunds required by law or approved for a complete eligible purchase may reverse related unused credits.
Availability and acceptable use
We may impose file, duration, format, batch, rate, or concurrency limits and may suspend tasks that threaten security or service reliability. Direct URL input supports only authorized direct media resources and must not be used to bypass logins, paywalls, signatures, platform restrictions, or DRM.
The service may be interrupted, delayed, or changed. AI enhancement can create artifacts and does not guarantee lossless restoration or a particular result. You should review outputs before relying on them.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, fraud, payment disputes, security threats, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the available account controls.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. 4K Converter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to support@4kconverter.com. The operating legal entity and registered address must be added before production launch.
